Frequently asked questions

Short answers to common questions. If your question is not listed, you can always contact me.

You do not need to know in advance which treatment fits. These answers help you get a first impression.

01

Appointments

Usually not. You can contact me directly. If symptoms are severe, sudden or medically worrying, contact your GP first.

Usually about 60 minutes. Some acupuncture intakes can take a little longer.

Yes. You can call, email or use the form without obligation.

02

Treatment

You do not have to decide this yourself. During the first appointment I look with you at what is most logical.

Yes, if that is useful for your symptoms. Sometimes one route is enough.

The needles are very thin. Most people experience treatment as much gentler than they expected.

03

Reimbursement

Acupuncture is not covered by basic health insurance. Some supplementary packages reimburse part of the treatment.

Often through supplementary health insurance, and sometimes through basic insurance for chronic indications. Check your own policy.

For acupuncture you usually pay at the practice and submit the invoice yourself. For Cesar Exercise Therapy, direct reimbursement may sometimes be possible.

04

Practical

Comfortable clothing you can move in. For acupuncture, clothing that can be moved aside easily is useful.

Sometimes, depending on age, symptoms and what feels appropriate. I work gently and discuss this carefully beforehand.

Send your question. I will think along with you and tell you honestly if another first step is more logical.

Is your question not listed?

Feel free to ask me.

Call or email me. You will receive a personal reply within one working day, without having to book immediately.

Would you like to discuss your situation?

You do not need to know exactly which treatment is right. Send me your question; I will think it through with you personally.
