First appointment

Your first appointment

You do not need to know beforehand whether acupuncture, Cesar Exercise Therapy or a combination is best. We work that out together.

No protocol but a starting point

The first appointment is meant to understand your symptoms properly. What do you feel? When does it get worse or calmer? What have you already tried? And what does your body show in posture, breathing, muscle tension or recovery? Only then do we choose what makes sense.

From first question to next step

01

You ask your question

before the appointment

Call, email or use the form. You do not have to know which treatment fits.

02

We map out your symptoms

first appointment

I listen, ask questions and look at posture, breathing, movement and the context around your symptoms.

03

We choose the route

treatment plan

Sometimes acupuncture is logical, sometimes Cesar Exercise Therapy, sometimes a combination.

04

We evaluate

during treatment

We look honestly at what changes, what helps and whether continuing is useful.

Practical preparation

Clothing. Wear something you can move in. For Cesar Exercise Therapy you usually work barefoot or in socks. For acupuncture, clothing that can be moved aside easily is useful.

Bring. Bring your ID and health insurance card. Medical reports or a medication list can be useful if you have them.

Before treatment. Preferably do not come with an empty stomach, but also not just after a heavy meal.

Liever thuis behandeld worden? Een huisbezoek is mogelijk op aanvraag. De toeslag is € 25 per bezoek.

When to first seek medical advice

If you have sudden severe pain, loss of strength or sensation, fever, unexplained weight loss, shortness of breath, chest pain or doubt whether your symptoms need medical assessment, contact your GP first.

Before you come

Usually about 60 minutes. Acupuncture intakes or specific appointments can take a little longer.

No. I look with you at which route is most logical.

Yes. A short introductory contact is possible and without obligation.

Ready to ask your question?
