I have worked as a Cesar exercise therapist since 2000 and as an NVA acupuncturist since 2010. Two disciplines that often strengthen each other.
My story
I started my own practice in 2004 after graduating in Cesar Exercise Therapy in Utrecht. In 2010 I completed my acupuncture training at TCMA in Amsterdam. Since then I have worked with two perspectives: movement and posture from the outside, and acupuncture from the inside.
In my practice I look at symptoms calmly and practically. What is happening in your body, what keeps it going, and what is a realistic next step?
No single method is a miracle cure. Together, they are often exactly enough.
My vision
Care should fit the person sitting in front of me, not a fixed protocol. I work warmly where possible and clearly where needed. Attention, safety and honest evaluation are central.

To remain NVA registered, 30+ hours of continuing education are required each year. I also regularly follow courses and seminars on specific clinical areas.
